You may have some fitness activity also for children or fun-filled games and competitions such as:

i. Yoga: You can go for basic yoga stretches for children to relax them and refreshen them up. Yoga For Children

ii. Nail painting and decor: You can organise this competition at the Spa Nail Station where each contestant would have to paint and decorate her toe nails as per given picture within a given time limit. Whoever completes, wins and gets a prize such as a nail polish.

iii. Body Glitter: You can have Spa Body Stations where you can host body designing with glitters.

iv. Confession Games: You could also have your little girls play confession time as they lie down on the floor on cushions drying their face masks. You could give them topics like, “who do you consider your best friend and why?”; “Do you wish to change anything in your life so far, if yes what?”; “funniest moment so far”; “Most cherished moment so far” etc.

Spa Party Food:

Keep Bottled water and Iced Lemonade ready on the food station should anyone wish a drink. When all guests arrive you can serve them red apple juice which should look like a cocktail drink as in a real dayspa. If you are celebrating a Birthday, a birthday cake is a must, otherwise cupcakes with frosting are a favorite option. You can also have dips with assorted fruits and veggies, smoothies and cookies.

I. Drinks:
i. Smashing Smoothies – serves 2: 2 bananas, sliced; 2 tbsp milk powder; 1/4 tsp ground mixed spice (optional); 1 cup low fat fruit salad yogurt; 1 1/2 cups skim milk; fresh mint sprigs.
Place bananas, milk powder, mixed spice, yogurt and milk in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour into tall chilled glasses and garnish with mint.
ii. Apricot Smoothie – serves 2: 250g diced canned apricots; apricot yogurt; 1 tsp grated orange rind. Place everything in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
iii. Strawberry Smoothie – serves 2: 250g strawberries; strawberry yogurt;
Blend everything and serve chilled.
iv. Fruit Tango – serves 4: 2 cups orange juice; 2 cups apple juice; 2 cups pineapple juice; pulp of 4 passion fruit; 2 cups sparkling mineral water; 3 tbsp chopped fresh mint; 2 trays ice cubes;
Combine orange, apple and pineapple juices and passion fruit pulp in a large punch bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Just prior to serving, add mineral water, mint and ice cubes.
v. Shake It Up – serves 1: 2 tbsp milk powder; 1 scoop vanilla ice cream; 1 tbsp honey; 1/2 tsp vanilla essence; 1 cup milk;
Place milk powder, ice cream, honey, vanilla essence and milk in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour into a well-chilled tall glass and serve.
vi. Pineapple Punch – serves 1: 3 tbsp canned crushed pineapple; 1 scoop vanilla ice cream; 1/2 cup low-fat natural yogurt; 1/2 cup pineapple juice;
Place pineapple, ice cream, yogurt and juice in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
vii. Egg Flip – serves 1: 2 tbsp milk powder; 1 tbsp honey; pinch grated nutmeg; 1 cup milk; 1 egg; 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
Place milk powder, honey, nutmeg, milk, egg and vanilla essence in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with extra nutmeg.
