Ingredients: 11oz / 320g fresh mango, in cubes; 3/4 cup water; 1/8 cup honey; 4 tsp lemon juice; 2oz / 60g strawberry; 2 oz / 60g blueberry; 2 oz / 60g raspberry; 1/2 cup yogurt ice cream; 4 mint leaves;
Preparation: Cook the mango, water, honey and lemon juice for about 12 min on low heat, then chill the mango soup. Transfer the mango soup to a soup plate and add the fresh berries. Scoop the yogurt ice-cream and place it in the middle of the soup plate. Garnish with mint leaves to serve.

Fresh Guava And Lime Crush:
Serves 4; 237.6 Calories per serving; Protein 3.9g; Carbohydrates 57.2g; Fat 2.7g

Ingredients: 6 ripe guavas; 1 lime; sugar syrup to taste; water; ice cubes;
Preparation: Peel the guavas and squeeze the lime over the guava flesh. Lightly sweeten with sugar syrup if desired, then add a little water and some ice cubes. Blend until smooth. To serve, pour the mixture into a glass.
