Stir-Fried Shrimps With Honey Beans, Fresh Lily Bulbs, Fresh Ginseng And Chinese Wolfberries:
Serves 4; 75.2 Calories per serving; Protein 7.1g; Carbohydrates 12.1g; Fat 0.7g

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Chinese wolfberries; 1oz fresh ginseng sliced; 2 1/2 cups fresh lily bulbs; 9 cups honey beans; 10 1/2 oz shrimp shelled and deveined; water as required.
Seasoning: 2 tsp salad oil; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 tsp sugar;
Preparation: Bring a pot of water to the boil and add a little oil, salt and sugar. Blanch the Chinese wolfberries, ginseng, lily bulbs and honey beans for less than 1 minute. Drain and put aside. Boil the shrimp drain and put aside. Heat some oil in a wok, then stir-fry everything.

Double – Boiled Sweetened Snow Frog Jelly And Aloe Vera In Coconut Shell:
Serves 4; 253.6 Calories per serving; Protein 1.7g; Carbohydrates 25.7g; Fat 17.2g

Ingredients:
1 Coconut; 3 1/2 cups aloe vera; 3 1/2 cups snow frog jelly; 1 tsp coconut milk; 1 cup sugar water;
Preparation: Slice open the top of the coconut, wash and drain for later use. Blanch the aloe vera and snow frog jelly for 1 minute. Remove and rinse before transferring into the coconut shell. Add coconut milk and sugar water to the mixture, stir and serve.

Ginseng Soda:
Serves 4; 174.1 Calories per serving; Protein 0g; Carbohydrates 44g; Fat 0g

Ingredients:
1 oz / 25g American ginseng; 1/8 cup water; 1oz / 25g Angelica root; 1 tsp honey; 1 can chilled club soda; ice (optional) as required.
Preparation: Slice the ginseng diagonally. Add water to the ginseng and Angelica root and bring the mixture to the boil. Leave it to boil until it reduces by half. Strain the concentrate to remove any residue. Mix the concentrate with honey and top with chilled club soda. Serve with or without ice and garnish with a few fruit slices.
