Day 5:
Breakfast:

- Fruity porridge power with low-fat milk and a dollop of low-fat natural yogurt drizzled with honey.
- 2 Vegetable Frittatas cooked in olive oil
Lunch:
- Vegetable And lentil soup.
- Wholemeal Bread Roll spread thinly with polyunsaturated margarine, reduced fat spread or butter.
- 1 Shrimp Lettuce Roll served with fresh herbs
- 1 fresh fruit.
Dinner:
- Honey Beef served with steamed brown rice
- Dark green salad.
