Day 5:

Breakfast:

  • Large fruit juice
  • Fruity porridge power with low-fat milk and a dollop of low-fat natural yogurt drizzled with honey.
  • 2 Vegetable Frittatas cooked in olive oil

Lunch:

  • Vegetable And lentil soup.
  • Wholemeal Bread Roll spread thinly with polyunsaturated margarine, reduced fat spread or butter.
  • 1 Shrimp Lettuce Roll served with fresh herbs
  • 1 fresh fruit.

Dinner:

  • Honey Beef served with steamed brown rice
  • Dark green salad.
  • fresh fruit juice
