Day 4:
Breakfast:
- Fresh fruit salad topped with low-fat yogurt and sprinkled with sultanas
- Spring Omelette.
- 2 slices wholemeal toast or bread spread thinly with polyunsaturated margarine, reduced-fat spread or butter.
Lunch:
- Rice Pie.
- Green salad with fast French Dressing.
- 2 pieces fresh fruit.
Dinner:
- Steamed fish with ginger mushrooms
- Generous serving of your favourite steamed vegetable.
- Wholemeal Bread Roll spread thinly with polyunsaturated margarine, reduced fat spread or butter
- fruit juice
