Day 2:


Breakfast:

  • 1/2 small rock melon (cantaloupe) sprinkled with sultanas.
  • 1 boiled egg.
  • Gluten free sesame wholewheat sandwich with herbs

Lunch:

  • Whole grain bread with tomato cucumber Gazpacho.
  • Low calorie Vegetable Au Gratin made of skimmed milk and Parmesan cheese or steamed vegetables dusted with salt and pepper.
  • Spinach puree tossed in extra virgin olive oil.
  • Fruit Punch.

Dinner:

  • Low calorie minestrone soup.
  • A salsa sandwich with low sodium turkey bacon.
  • mushrooms tossed in extra virgin olive oil and garlic with low sodium salt and pepper.
  • A vegetable and fruit punch ( 1 small beet, 1 pear, 1 apple, small piece of ginger, 4 celery stalks, 10-12 carrots, 4 celery stalks, 2 inches of salsify roots ).
