Day 1:

  • 1 boiled egg

Lunch:

  • Golden Butternut Soup
  • Wholemeal Bread roll spread thinly with polyunsaturated margarine, reduced-fat spread or butter
  • Green salad

Dinner:

  • Pomegranate juice
  • Brown Rice And Soy Chicken Salad
  • Green Salad with mushrooms and melon seeds
