General Spa Etiquettes:

• Do note that there age restrictions in many spas therefore always make necessary arrangements before going to a spa, so it is always advisable to find out the details in call.
• Do keep your cell phones switched off along with pagers not only is it rude and goes against the etiquette, but the purpose is to keep away from the outside world as well.
• Spa clients can have a massage in the nude, or be draped in sheets while on the massage table. You can keep your underwear on. for a Thai Massage or reflexology and keep all of your clothes on, depending on the kind of treatment you receive.
• If you have scheduled two treatments then it is advisable to get a massage before your facial and a body treatment should be taken before a massage.
• You may be uncomfortable with the pressure, the temperature or even the music, but do let the therapist know about your discomfort during your treatment, an adjustment will surely be made by the therapist.
• You may or may not want to chat during the course of your massage session, the therapist will go with the flow at power with your temperament.
