Different Types Of Eye Spacing And Makeup:
1. Deep set Eyes: Deep set eyes need to be made up so they get a “bring forward look”. Do not apply any sort of lining in the inner rim of the eyes as this will make it look more recessed. Avoid using dark colours and to bring the eyes forward apply highlighter to the brow bone. Applying eye cream can help in smoothing and plumping up the skin around your eyes and it helps to hide the lines around the eyes. Some women have darker eyelids compared to their skin and this makes the eyes look smaller. Put foundation around your eyes to lighten the colour. Along the each eye, apply medium-toned shadow. The medium shade can help in giving prominence or depth to your eyes. Use a grey colour and blend it with the shadow.
2. Close set Eyes: In order to make eyes appear further apart, use a darker shade eyeshadow on the lids from the far corner and blend to the middle of they eye and no further. Put emphasis on the outer lashes when applying mascara. Applying highlighter in the inner corner of the eyes make them seem wider. Use the darkest colour shadow on the outside of the eyes towards the corners.
3. Narrow/Small Eyes: Sticking to lighter shades will make your eyes appear bigger. Colours like pearls, pinks and neutrals will open up the eye. Line under the eye, on the outer corners with a soft pencil. Mascaras open up the eyes. Another trick is while plucking eyebrows, leave the inner part of the brow thicker, it creates an arch to frame the eyes. If you want a rounded effect to the eye, emphasis on the middle part of the eye while applying eyeliner.
4. Wide set Eyes: Blend a darker colour on the eyelid before the crease of your eye, and fade out with a lighter shade to the corner. This colour shading brings eyes closer together. Ensure that the fine lashes in the inner eye corners get full coverage with mascara. The main emphasis should be on the inner corners of the eyes by using eyeshadow in the inner corners. To make the eyes appear closer, line upper and lower eyelids from inner to outer corners.
