Avoid Matching Your Make-Up To Your Outfit Entirely / Fully:
This is one of the mistakes women usually make and that is matching their make-up to their outfit entirely. Although it is quite normal to match your make-up to certain elements and aspects of your clothing, but doing it hundred percent does not work. For example, a purple eye shadow will go very well with a light purple outfit, but if you go overboard, it will end up looking tacky.
Note to remember: You can also never go wrong with a neutral eye or a smoky eye, using colors close to your skin tone with a darker color in the crease.
Tips:
- Choose a colour which matches your outfit. For example, purple is a complimentary color of yellow.
- Then think whether you need a cool or hot colour which matches your skin. Wear green and blue with purple or red and orange with yellow. For example, black and white tend to match everything.
- Don’t try to make it too obvious that you are trying to match makeup to your outfit because when you try too hard, then the combination of good make-up and outfit does not look proper.
- Focus on creating hypnotic, beautiful eyes.
- Mix and match colours. Don’t be afraid to experiment.
- You can be any color fairy, but popular shades include: pink, lavender, yellow, mint green and pale blue.
- Sprinkle dust on your neck, chest and shoulders for an instant hit look.
