7. Anaerobic Exercise Equipments:

a. Weight training: There are many anaerobic exercises that are associated with weight training such as working with pulleys, medicine balls and slant boards. These are not exercises which are performed in the gym or weight training room. This is very unlike an aerobic exercise, which usually requires that the body travel unless you are using a stationery bike, which is a training machine.
b. Squash: Squash gives one an overall physical and the best prepared players will have a varied training program. The different sessions change through out the year. Work in the gym, lifting weights or circuit training, is an excellent way to develop strength and should be made a part of your schedule. There is a wide selection of squash rackets, court shoes, racket bags, squash strings, etc.
c. Cones: If you are dealing with cones, they are a piece of agility training equipment. They are laid out in different patterns and are arranged differently, and then are run through. Some of them are the snake drills and box drills.
d. Ladders: Ladders are equipments which are laid out on tracks, large fields or on the floors of the gym. During various foot pattern workouts, you have to run through them in a forward, sideway and backward manner. There are various drills that include one ins, two ins, shuffles, skips and bunny hops.
e. Hurdles: Hurdles come in various heights, sizes and width and are used in various ways. They are set up in a series and that is the most common thing to do. All you have to do is run or hop over them. Hops are usually done in a lateral pattern.

For some exercises, it is necessary to use some exercise equipment tools as exercise in itself is an important weight loss tool, but how much and how you do it up to you and varies from person to person. No matter what your calculations are, but always keep in mind that there are no magic foods or supplements that can replace the right training and the right diet.
