b. Blocks: Blocks are props which are used to improve the alignment of your body, making you more comfortable. It does great for standing poses in which you don’t have to bend or take your hand to the floor.
c. Straps: In poses where your hands don’t reach other, then straps are used for it to bind your hands together. It is also used for poses where you need to hold your feet but you find that your hands are not reaching there.
d. Clothing: Breathable and comfortable clothes are preferred for yoga. You will want to probably wear a shirt that is a little bit fitting, since in many yoga poses, your head comes below your hips and your shirt can slide down. Wear any pant or shorts but do not wear the super slick lycra type pants as it will cause you to slip during some postures.
