e. Exercise Balls: This exercise ball is known to be used for exercising isolated muscle groups. It is an inexpensive piece of equipment which can be purchased for home so that you get a daily dose of exercise. The exercise ball is also known as the ‘Swiss ball’. This ball lets you use your core muscles and stabilize yourself and work on the deeper layers of your muscles. It doesn’t take much space and can be kept in any part of your home and you can work at your own time.
