d. Calorie Calculators: This calculator keeps tracks of an estimated amount of how many calories or kilojoules are required for both men and women. There are several calculators for different uses such as the nutrient calculator which breaks down calories to carbohydrates, protein and fat. Use the bulking calculator to gain weight / muscle.
