Each one of us wants to be physically fit and have a healthy body. In order to do that, we have to set fitness goals and ultimately have to achieve them. You have to undertake a fitness regime to develop and improve your body. Getting your body into your best shape is what should be your goal. So, set your fitness goals. Take a close look at your list of goals and prioritize them. The general principle is not to spread your inner resolve too thin. It is ok to give into your bouts of laziness at times but be determined and focus on what you want to achieve.
