Choosing The Right Beard Style Trend

Different Types Of Beard That Would Look Good:

Goatee: A goatee is a smart way of keeping a beard. It is one of the most popular styles. It can be worn by an old man, a middle aged man as well as a youngster. It can be paired with a moustache or without one. It is a good style for those who have a weak growth in the cheeks.
Balboo: This style has a beard and a moustache but only in this the two of them are not connected. There is a gap of hair growth between the goatee and the moustache.
Chin Strip And Moustache: In this the moustache is a normal one and you can shape it any way you wish. The beard is just a strip of hair, a vertical strip down the center of the chin. This style looks trendy on a young person.
Soul Patch: It is the variation of a goatee. The small area below the middle of the lower lip is grown. The size is set according to your choice, with just a small patch which is noticeable but it makes a big difference to the face.

Tips On Beard Trimming:

  • Even before you start beard trimming, first visualize how you wish your beard to appear after you have finished trimming.
  • The next thing is to shave normally as you do. Simultaneously shape/ style your beard carefully as you have planned. Then wash off the shaving cream.
  • Now wet your beard a little bit.
  • Now you can choose to use either a pair of scissors or a beard trimmer to trim down your beard but preferably a trimmer would give you best results.
  • Trim around the upper edges of the beard.
  • Then trim the beard around the cheek and the jaw line area. Take off very little, lessening the beard’s volume steadily to the length you want.
  • From time to time between clipping facial hair, use a comb to detect and trim any stray hairs till the beard is evenly cut.
  • Match your beard with a moustache. Experimenting with different types of moustaches to match your beard is a good idea.

Tips And Warnings:

  • Faith has nothing to do with growth but do have faith. Sometimes hair in portions of your face take longer to grow than others.Don’t worry about the thinking of people. For a few days, people will ask if you’re growing a beard. And that should be fine as you are in fact growing a beard. After that, no one will care, even if you look bad.
  • Don’t shave too soon. Most people get frightened by their look, thinking they can’t pull it off.
  • If, after six to eight weeks, it’s still not working out for you, maybe you should be clean-shaven instead.
  • Resist the idea to scratch the skin beneath the beard, and try to soothe it with shea butter which is known for its moisturizing properties and is also known as an anti-inflammatory agent. Any moisturizer of your preference will also assist in reducing the notorious beard itch that is all too common in new growth.
